..... I'm scared now.... hold me D:
So yeah, finally wanted to play more SOD(knockoff!EQ), now that I have a living intenet again.. And boy, was it interesting @_@.
Just played with Clef, appearently I had just hit 12 the last time I was on and still didn't bought my level 12 spells yet.. thus... made a trip back to Newport(knockoff!Qeynos, and seems to be the main newbie town).. and spent a good 15-30 minutes learning my next set of spells and reorganizing them. Afterwords, upgraded Rocky, then setted off for BlackBurrow again.
... it was actually quite crowded there for once, or at the top anyway. Could only find green or light blue gnolls too.. So... I went underground a bit and looked around. Got to that one room with the two bridges, yellow and white central x_x. So, I ended up leaving. I bet I could have PROBABLY gotten into a group there, but I wasn't sure how long I was going to stay on... and was another high elf mage at my level.. so... ^^;
And so I thought "Hey, I was able to go to Ak'Anon the last time I was on, I can probably go check Crushbone out because it's not that big of a hike from there!" So, talked to the porting dude again, was needing 2 plat.. ~_~.. Made a fast bank trip(again), got the plat, and I was off.
So, passed through Steamfont with no problems, did the old wall trick to sneak pass Lesser Faydark(because that zone can be quite scary at times... o_o;. Plus I think just staying on the wall is faster anyway). And then was in Greater Faydark! And sure enough because it's on the way to CB, made a stop at my happy high elf-ish hometown, Felwithe! (*insert sad version of Brothers playing followed by other depressing FMA music that my playlist liked at the time and to set the mood prefectly for what happened there later... D:*)
........ but...... there's was absolutely no one there o_o;. I ain't joking, the entire city was just........ dead. Nothing, zilch, nada..... it was quite creepy actually... o.o;;. *sniff* WHERE IS EVERYBODY?!?! D: ...... I come home and everybody is dead or something ;_;
So after that depressing moment, continued on and CB was only the next zone ahead... And going to see if Kelethin is alive too, being that I literally go right pass it(and provides an easier way to get to Orc Hill, and then CB). So, I went passed the first lift..... no guard.. Then was going to get on the PoD lift... no PoD either....... So it seems Kelethin was also dead D:.......
Then I noticed the lift didn't want to work after hitting the button... well, this can't be good. Maybe they made it so that they didn't work because there was nohing up there? ... Well, eventually I did get them to work. And, it wasn't pretty x_x
Bam, the second I got up there(still on the PoD lift I get smacked by this weird..... wind... thing x_x. Was dead instantly afterwords. Was called something like "Trendsil of/the Mist", looked like a white tornado/elemental(but it deffinitely wasn't an air pet..)... the other weird thing, it didn't even take out any damage, it was ran into me and I died less than a second later.
So, I respawned in Lesser Faydark again(bounded myself there just in case something bad happened in that zone). Didn't loose any of my stuff, no exp lost, and I don't think I got a penalty either.. I just died O_o.
... and I just signed off after that ~_~;.
..... those who don't know EQ lingo, just nod and say yes XD;;.
