Surprise, surprise

Heh, I think I got my FMA fill of the day ^^;

Went to Oakridge today, since I had a few more things I wanted to see. The Hot Topic rumor wasn't true. Or atleast, not at the one I go to =(. However I had a theory after hearing [livejournal.com profile] zrana's trading card story, I wanted to see if maybe Borders itself would have some (since I guess it was a branch from it or watever). Sure enough, they were there ^_^. Bought 5 packs, probably someday will go back for more, since it's only $3 each.

Then later on, I went to Legends. Low and behold, the anime artbook(erm, first one, since I think there's two of them), right out in the front and crying to be bought. I have no idea if I'll find another chance of finding it so randomly so I bought that as well.

And so I spent another $40 on random Fullmetal stuff... I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not ^_^;;. And I'm not sure if I happy to find this sort of stuff be afraid of the mass popularity it has for now being in the US. As long as it doesn't get the mass, mass mainstream as DBZ, Pokemon, and Yugioh have gotten then I will be glad. Nonetheless though, the devils stole my soul a bit more... Or something like that.

Also I'm halfway through my "semester" XP. And I'm pretty damn sure I'm passing everything. But my art class scares me alittle... I still really hate that teacher >_<

Do we really like people for their personality or for what they have done and where they stand? Something I been think about lately. Lately (well, not quite) I been getting sick of people saying "OMGz he is cool because he's so funny", or serious, or regnew. Then I realised, if you were to take away the backgrounds of everyone, with maybe some slight differences, almost EVERYONE would act the same. Simply because everyone has the same emotions, despite some are used more than others depending. Whlle emotion/personality play a big part of it, but it's actually effected by background. In other words, personality is dependent, background is independent. I just thought that was an interesting thought..

That's true... if you take away background then we would all lack any personality. It's that around us-- environment, which shapes a person. Ironically, if you end up differing in some manner with what they wish you to be you end up insulted despite the fact they're the same people who caused it. [More or less]
