Okay, I need to re-download CS4 because the one I got is complete ass.Dammit Pirate Bay, why now of all times do you have to be not loading? DX
Although some good news? I might've finally figured out how to get SAI to at least save things. It really is, apparently, just extremely whiny and picky >>;.... I wonder if 1.1.0 really does solve the canvas problems completely though.
Also I spent the day researching on webcomic hosts, only to discover that... most of them aren't even that good, just by judging the layouts/formats they seem to have.
The biggest plan was to try to archive and organize it by chapters, not pages. Almost exactly like how OneManga and other sites like it do theirs. Ideally that was even how I wanted to update too. Granted it'll mean it would take longer, but it should make the updates I do do make rewarding. Also the whole 'point' of the chapter would be delivered all at once, instead of gradually throughout weeks and dragged, which can kill some of the drama.
But yeah, so far I've seen no host actually having that...
I do like how most of them have a commenting feature though. But again, it's only by page. I could see some good uses for it, but I think I'd still rather have just a forum.. plus I think you need to be signed up on the host too to use it. So kinda ghey >>
So I think my best bet is to just go for something from scratch. And it's not like I haven't done web design before, although some technology has changed by now..
