God damn spyware
Jun. 22nd, 2008 02:30 pmThis morning I was viciously attacked by a bunch of spyware that came out of no where, and was jacking up my interwebs(some places like DA and Hotmail just refused to load... Actually LJ was pretty much the only place that worked).... Took me about 2 hours just to get rid of it all because there was more Spybot didn't read because it was out of date, and then it tried getting rid of the "newer" stuff it wanted to do these weird registry changes.
Ok um... wtf? I thought that whole registry protection thing was all YOUR doing. To yanno, make sure nothing weird is getting put into the computer without me doing anything(unless I'm installing something). That's actually how I knew I was getting infected with Spyware too... But then WHY were you wanting "permission" to reverse it back when 1) you already know I want it out, and 2) you should know it was "safe" when it was all your doing? X-x
Needless to say, after a grand total of three scans, compie seems to be doing better again, and Hotmail is all back and happy too. Although it probably didn't need to take that long to do >.>
And another thing I discovered last night when looking for refrence pictures, SN's price has dropped to woah.... I dunno if I should feel a bit offended by that because I luffle that game, or happy because now I can force upon people who haven't played it yet more >D
... Althought if it's anything like my past exprience with ordering used games from Gamestop(like WA2.. Which I have no idea where it went because of it), it comes is a wimpy little paper CD cover/leaf and the game becomes highly vulerable to all sorts of damage becaose of it @_@
..... And looks like WA3 is even cheaper XD(if they still had it ;o; )

First one got so badly scratched that it was hard to play on (because my brother is TERRIBLE for leaving the discs out in the open where they can get all messed up ~_~ ), the 2nd one went missing, then my borther got a 3rd one that... I think also got wrecked, but then the 2nd one was found a bit later .

Date: 2008-06-22 10:58 pm (UTC)Ahaha. See, the difference it. I still own both copies of WA3. I have two copies of FFVII: AC (one opened, other not) and one copy of the deluxe edition. I've owned more of FFVII. I owned it for computer and when it was first released on PSone (two copies). Sold the PS version. Felt like owning it again at one point, bought it again (three), sold it. Bought the new release for computer (four). Re-bought it on PSOne, GH version (five). -A-
I've also owned three copies of LUNAR: SSSC. -A- I don't own it anymore at all and I plan on re-buying it soon, so it'll be four lulz. ALSO. ONES YOU SHARE WITH YOUR BROTHER DO NOT COUNT.
I'm such a geek.

Date: 2008-06-22 11:26 pm (UTC)Really? You could make some money off of AC:F, then. Too bad more people don't want it, though. I had to buy it offline lulz. Also. 4. Is. AMAZING. I'm sorry. I know the fandom's butthurt about the enemies dying quickly and all, but seriously. They're all amazing. |D
YOU DID ALSKDJALKSDA GET IT GET IT PLAY IT I THINK YOU MEAN YOU OWN IT? Seriously. I have played (and own) OVER 9000 games. And WA2 is my favourite game ever.
