Well, I have tackled my room. I was actually QUITE surprised that after lots of scrubing, I was finally able to recover more off my speaker, the last visible trace of destruction from the Great Dr. Pepper Tsuami of '07 that ravaged throughout my desk.... I though that poor thing was stained for good, granted I got used to it by now, but it made me sad at the same time.. ;-;

It's still not fully cleaned, I don't think it'll ever be(and still sticky at the bottom), but it looks a lot better.

..... Still amazed that spill hardly did any damage. Other than making everything nasty looking afterwards @_@

Anyway, at the moment I'm taking a break from cleaning. I'm worn out and it's still too hot for it. For awhile I been debating on all sorts of cosplays I would love to do. Because wandering around in a costume of an fanbased-design that only 2/5000 know who it really is is.... pretty boring. If anything I want to be something much more canon even if it's from a weird fandom.

Current canidates:

Gig((Vigilance? XD)) (Soul Nomad) - .... Only without the god!floaties, because that doesn't sound very... practical XD;;;

Lavi (D. Gray-Man) - Because I STILL haven't even started with him, even though Fanime came and went D:

Daisya (D. Gray-Man) - Though I'm surprised hoy much cosplay love he gets already =O

Almaz (Disgaea 3) - Because he sounds so awesome, and an almost uke sort of way~ X3;; &hearts

Hitsugaya and/or Hanatarou (Bleach) - .... I'm really not into Bleach anymore. I'd still watch it and all, but I'm not as hardcore as I used to. Then again I wasn't all that "hardcore" to begin with since I never read that much of the manga either (300+ chapters of things I've already KNOWN about from the anime? Do not fucking want DX )

Other "lol maybe" ones: Roxas, Demyx(KH2), Ash(PB), or Culotte(LP), Bak(DGM)

Oh man. Imagine your Dr. Pepper Tsunami except bigger. Before they started gathering everything that spilt on a road, they used to allow passerby's to grab some of it. Well, dad works in construction and a couple blocks away, beer truck gets into an accident. Kegs everywhere. Dad asks the driver if he could have some. He comes home with 2 sticks them in the garage. Hot summer comes by.....guess what exploded in the garage? Thank god it was only one keg and not both. Whole garage and everything smelt like stale beer afterwords.

If I member correctly baby oil or mineral oil works well on soda messes. But I think that's only for wooden desks....

Eww.. X-x

It's been gone long before now though, except for being still on my speaker. But it's slowly coming off.

I'm pretty sure I don't have either anyway XD

Yeah. All the outdoor toys like GI-Joes and that were in there so everything was sticky. Even my poor bike got caught in the turmoil. We were pretty lucky that we had a detached garage. With all the nooks and crannies, there really wasn't much point in trying to clean it all up. When we moved, we gave the other keg to a friend of my brother's. Don't know if it was still good or not.

Ah. Don't know what would work on plastic. I know if you want labels/stickers and that to come off of things, use lighter fluid. The lighter kind not the BBQ kind. And if you have a bug problem, spray WD40 around your door and windows. Though I think it's apparant now that I came from a 'huh, wonder what happens if I do this' kind of family. But the lighter fluid thing...it states right on the bottle what you can use it for. But that just stemmed from curiousity and actually reading product labels. ^_^'

Daisya is a fun cosplay to do. I just recently did him at Fanime ((I noticed you mention that, if you were there, you prolly saw my tubby self running about either bitching about my boots or bandages))

Except, with his costume you gotta be careful about not sewing a box ((my first mistake when making his cloak)) and making sure the hood is the right size.

And sorry if this seems creepy D:

=O

Sadness!

If you did do his costume, cheat with the bandages. Srsly. Make a bandage sockhat or something because I spent like...half the con fighting with mine.

I love the channel surfs! Oh Daisya, in you short while on screen you did two very gay things. ((Limp wrist +the curtsies to Tyki))
