grifstar... I been meaning to make an actually "list" of things that get on my nerves about how some people RP, since I had to dealt with several of it quite recently(well, from over the last month or so). And now that I'm feeling pretty grumpy right now, more excuse to do it~
1. Just because you're playing an asshole/bastard/bitch/jackass/or any other kind of character like it, doesn't mean you just HAVE to act the same way all around to everyone else. Because there's nothing quite as immature as a mun treating everyone like shit because "lololol im ic!11one"... No, it does not make you 'cool', it just makes you hideously annoying.
2. Do not TREAT other muns exactly how you treat their character. Or to be more exact, MUNS AND THIER CHATACTERS ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON. Just because they happen to PLAY AS someone, does not mean they REALLY ARE them. If we're being "IC" we'll be sure to LET YOU KNOW ahead of time, trust us on this one.
3. Crack is crack, seriousness is seriousness. I love both(and I like equal amounts OF both), but they do not mix well together. There is right time when either one to appropriate. And part of the key is knowing when that is.(personally I like keeping my crack as just side comments than actual events)
4. Plot first, romance later. And if you DO have a set pairing in mind, don't just jump right into it. Try making it look logical enough first, kthnx.
Now if you excuse me... *goes back to trying to get out all of the anger of loosing the work I did in PG because of a very possible account wipe*
