Sooo...


Due to Spectral's inactivity, and the fact that I can't get things to happe the way I want them to..

I'm thinking about starting a new one. And I just got my possible concept for it:


Putting it into short terms, there will be two types of characters: the normal canon of some fandom, and an anti/shadow/negative version. The negative will not only be opposite colors of the other one, but also act completely different too. So someone that was a good guy, is now the main villain, and vice versa.

Everyone will have a choice whenever or not they want to play as normal version, or the anti one. Basically giving each fandom two seprate roll sheets. And the choice to play either AU or IC at the same time.

I think it's a pretty interesting idea. ^^ It's a good way to explore aspects of a character (either the negative or positive aspects depending on the character chosen) that are usually ignored.

But mostly, I really don't want to have something so... basic. If there's not some interesting catch to the RP then what's the point? D:

Well, the idea actually came from another RP I sort of had with another friend (was like an arc in our evergoing thing). Our peeps basically found this parallel universe that was sealed behind this mirror. Hence why everything looked the same, and yet not.


Anyway, it was probably gonna lead to a war or so possibly.. Since the thing that was kept the dimemsion sealed kind of like.. broked. And some of the antis got free ^^; (and not so good ones, of course XD)

It's too bad we never really finished it, it was a lot of fun D:

It's... kind of like forum ones, or if you know how those run then it's much easier to fit right in, only time and all that is sometimes a bigger factor (depends on how it's runned). It has a more personal feeling because not only are you just writing out the character but you got a whole journal dedicated to them, at least 10 or so icons to use(opposed to one on a board) that can set the mood even better, and you can costumize a lot of things to your liking, if you don't like how the normal RP layout is.


It seems makes a better format, depending on the kind of roleplay it is

I guess that would make sense. I dunno. I guess it's just confusing to me since the layout of it is different from just a forum RP.
