grifstarUgh, that's one game I don't feel like trying to beat again for awhile...
The First Little Duel:
.... actually wasn't too bad. But made me think "Oh shit, don't tell me that the whole boss fight is just going to be Sora alone 95% of the time like the last game was" ~_~. Because that was one of the few things I disliked about the first game... But yeah, I kept getting Episode One, Duel of the Fates thing in my head XD;;(with the weird red light sword thingy with 1337 jedi moves and all). Took me forever to figure out what to do with the damage over time thing. But at least I don't have to ever do that one again. But, that was probably the least painful one of them all.
The Little Intermission Segment of Dodging Buildings and Giant Lasers:
... Was fun as hell. I think of the things I loved most about the 2nd game was the reaction comands, and how krazi they got.... Though I wondered just what happened to Riku and Goofy when the big scary laser shot off.. I mean... you don't see them getting away from it and all but... O_o;
... also when those spikes came out of nowhere when attacking the core freaked me out o_o;
First Battle:
... Was when all hell had begun to break loose. By now I grabbed my bookie for advice and such(which honestly, not ONCE has that book really been any helpful x_x). So I did what it said, do Riku's limit break, then go into valor form and pwn it. Well, the limit break did dent him quite a bit(killed an hp bar at least I think). So I waited awhile until I decided to do the drive... then guess what, Sora wanted to go evil and berserk, so it turned into anti!mode instead...... and his ass got charboiled ~_~. Took just one little tap once he changed back and he was a goner. So yeah, then had the whole Mickey thing to do afterwords(still wonder how the hell he got inside there, but I'm just going to ignore that plothole).... Which, by now I had those water forms to deal with at this point, so he couldn't charge up at all. Turned out, even Mickey died eventually, but got revived anyway... But yeah, finally killed that bastard eventually.... barely ~_~
Second Battle:
..... Hate hate hate. I mean, I dunno about you, but I can't hit X, O, and Square ALL AT ONCE WHILE DODGING LASERS..... it's just not..... humanly possible. Not to mention the big laser you can fire back, wasn't all that great being that IT HAS THE WORST ACCURACY EVER. Probably had to do that part about 4-5 times over, even though when I died each time the thing had absolutely no life left ~_~
Third Battle:
Was also irritating. Especially right when I attack, he does that shield thing or slash, and get knocked completely to the other side. And by the time you run up to him again he bound to do it again. Or if you jump to get there faster/dodge... Thanks to Mr. High Jump, by the time you get back down he'll do it AGAIN anyways(though maybe you could get a slash or two before the cycle begins again). And the limit break barely does anything to him where I just found it better to use it for healing.
Final Form:
.... Actually was probably the least stressful for me O.o. Other than, it hurts. But yet it felt the most enjoyable, rather than I felt like I was pulling teeth the whole time for the sake of seeing the ending.... 'cept for that part when having to be Riku temporarily, and having to deal with all of the clones....... God Riku runs slow x_x. And I still dunno if that little cutscene towards the end happened because he had no life left what so ever, or it was just pure timing.... meh, eitherway, it was kewl XD;;;
.... I dunno if that ending was worth that amount of suffering though x_x. And still makes me wonder about a 3rd game or not. I mean, it did wraps things up really well, where they probably could leave things like tha... But still, Maleficent and Pete.... and the bottle at the very end... Knowing Square, it wouldn't surprise me. Especially how popluar KH is in general, they wouldn't just complete it there of course.
