Let's see... Hoho-papa.. He is quite a mix bag in a way. It's really hard to just pin point him into just one place, because you can't really find out just what he is exactly thinking. Or I guess even what he's been through in some ways.

I can't say I really 'hate' him, but I ain't really he fondest of him either. Partly because of what I already stated before. But he does add an interesting element to the series once it gets there. However on the other hand.. the damn series also gets more wanked out thanks to him XD;;.

.. I could probably dig into this a bit more, but I kinda choose not to. ._.

So overall then, Thank You Hoho-papa! For being one of the worse father out there and master of plotholes! XD.... I really do hope they explain him alot better in the manga though.

Hmmm.... Well, considering I'm avoiding the movie and now almost anything involving it like the plague right now(ever since that camra raw popped out into the masses mostly) untill a happy subbie comes out that is gonna be a hardie ._.. Cuz I rather watch it understanding what's going on completely, then making guesses by/and picking up just a few words.

.. and I never really seen anything Heiderich/Ed related before the raw, well I sorta have, I just choose not to go into it further XD;;

Probably one of the few heavily popular FMA pairings I can tolerate on most levels (next to Elricest, actually). Weird this is... would that one count as incest... or not? XD;;

As I kinda stated before, I not a 'major' fan of yaoi, but there is a few things in it I don't like at all in it. My biggest pet peeve of all in those sort of pairings is when writers will totally wreck a person's character just to have it work. However one of my philsosphies is, anything can be good and possible if done right. So basically, I can hate a certain thing unless someone proves me wrong, that is also my motto with yaoi too.

On whole though, I really preferr the more mild stuff in it(PG 13 or less usually). Too much smut for me is just overdoing it, but I can handle it.

Anyway, back to Envy and Ed. I'm usually more of a fluff fan, but an occasional dark one is good. I can imagine somebody like Envy actually would do something like that. And perhaps, what a better way to torument one of your nemisis is to.. try to molest them? O.o. Or whatever you want to call it *shrugs*

Actually I kinda like Envy/(restored)Al better as a matter of fact. One of those reasons being I like Al is much more ukier(that even a word? XD) than Ed is. And it could also be just because I RARLY see anyone using that one, and it's more interesting I think... But I'll say more on that if it's somehow brought up ^o^;;;.

Well... let's see.. how should I put this.. There's ONE version of that pairing that I know Izzy is well familair with XD. So damn random that you don't have the slightest clue what going to happen next, (*coughcoughbipolarlovecough*)... Poor Envy I think his mind broke a few times from the sickingly cute fluff of death XD;;

On a serious in-character level though. I think if Envy 'really' wanted to mess with Ed somehow, he probably better off using his brother as a tool for it. Considering the fact that, well, Ed wouldn't want the slightest thing to happen to Al, and vice versa. And being that Al technically, 'weaker'(once totaling all of the pros and cons about him), he's probably alot easier to keep captive anyway... and if Envy 'breaks' Al, he's deffinitely gonna cause some sort of damage to Ed too.. And boom, got rid of two birds with one stone.

The classic Elricest.. I remember when that wasn't so common(or I guess I just wasn't looking in the right places O.o). I also remember when I down right hated it. Then again, I also wasn't so open-minded to the idea of Al being in pairings, partly due to fact I never really thought about what if he was restored or not... which... I find even more distrubing if not XD.

Over time though it did grow on me just a little. I still don't like it on a extreme yaoi level and purely meant for fanservice(but that's how I am with yaoi in general). But rather like a innocent/brotherly love/mild sort of version of it.

I remember when he first appeared my first hunch that it was Truth, considering it wasn't quite the manga or anime that it was following. Then by the appearance, the first thing that can to mind was Greed somehow O.o.

Finally, a non-FMA comment. Was hoping somebody would be different >.>..

Anyway, Janus. I was surprised he did more than what I thought he would. Considering, it's always the first 'antagonist' you meet in a RPG that goes first, usually just before the story even starts picking up. And also kinda surprised for once, finally somebody understands the true meaning of immortality, rather than the naive way of trying to get it.

And for a side note, I still say the Dark Spear looks like a damn sword to me more than anything else.. And the first thing that comes to mind when seeing demonized Janus is a fish guy wearing a messed up Phantom of the Opra mask O.o.

FIRSTLY why would I be someone that is merely "pretending" that they are all high and mighty? Doesn't seem like something someone would ENJOY doing... Because it does bite you in the ass in the end. I do enjoy a lovely head game (or 3, or 4), but I don't have to PRETEND to be something I'm not. Secondly, why the fuck would I want to be that dumb ass for? He clearly does NOT have his head on straight, thus making him a very good candidate for having it "screwed" back on the correct way.

I don't really see how that one even really works, being that it doesn't seem like Ling and Al really know eachother or any common relation. It's just.. random, more than anything else I think O.o
