Recently I've been hearing legends from fellow Central people (erm, the more tolerable ones that is) about a magical place just a blcok away from there. That's right, an anime store. Completely easy to miss had you not know if it's there, but now I where it's hiding. I wonder how long it's been there..

But ye, it's jam-packed with lots of anime stuff. Most being the common stuff(Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Chobits, etc.), but has a special wall offically dedicated to FMA. So yes, I've found my happy place. Hrm... I wonder if I could sell my doubled cards there o.o;


Also the guy there is kinda kewl. Supposibly he's a writer for Anime Insider(or was, I forget) O.O;;. And sooner or later they will have showings there. Maybe someday I can pitch in with my anime hoard. Maybe someday I could work there O.O. My fangirlism is rising dramatically

I'm virtually certain that today FMA counts as 'common stuff', Grif... as it has been aired on cartoon network and now has an utterly ridiculous amount of dubbie fans.

Meh, you'll be surprised.. Despite it's popularity almost no one STILL knows about it(trust me, I've seen it). Atleast, not the massive mainstream population yet. I know plently more Trigun, Fruitsbasket, DN Angel, Inuyasha, Wolf's Rein fans than FMA. But give them a year or so and they'll find some way to wreck it >_>

Yes... it WILL be common,but it's not there yet. Espeicially since the first DVD just recently came out and there are LOTS of anti-dub-on-tv anime people out there. (false-ly elitest idiots many of them seem to be to me). Once the series starts with repeated re-runs and another DVD or so comes out, it really should be a common knowledge anime..

...and by then all the merchandise we're supposed to be getting in stores here (like shirts at hot-topic, and of course the manga nearer to mid-spring to summer)... FMA stuff will hopefully be everywhere for me to buy. >D
