Hakkiai is one of the four main characters in Saiyuki.. Ironically it seems fitting that you would get him. (Actually I think that meme turned out to be the most accurate out of the 3 XP).
I guess to put it in better terms for you, think of him as Clive from WA3.
Clive is a bit more educated than Hakkai though, but Hakkai is less emotionally stable... other than those aspects, they are quite alike. [If Clive were to dye his hair brown and replace his glasses with a monocle they would even look like each other.]
