Buh.

I dunno if it's because I've been too spoiled by N1, or the fact that it lags so ridiculously on PSP, or that because I practically played it to death on PS1, or that they retranslated everything to where it doesn't even feel same, but I can't seem play FFT anymore.

I just.. don't know. Every time I pick it up it becomes like a killjoy in 10 minutes :|. Which makes me glad that I has D2 too even though all that did was make me want to play D3 again instead.

... Maybe I should just go back to Pokemon for awhile.

Fuuu~ I had the re-translation problem with Chrono Trigger. I want my snarky mage/former prince back. :|

It's just annoying because all the skills are different, some class names, and even some character names where changes too >>

... the only really nice thing is the cutscenes, honestly >:

I don't know why they had to retransate any of these games to begin with. >>

Well, FFT was kinda badly translated in the first place. Though honestly other than correcting some of those typos and maybe a few other grammar changes it would've been just fine.

As far as I remember, CT had no excuse :| (even if I don't remember enough of the dialogue by heart to notice the difference much anyway. besides those ever memorable quotes/oneliners)

Actually, I was gonna get to that ;;;

Geez, making more work for themselves. Kariya does not approve.

And even if it did, there was no reason to go as far as item names. >> Don't be such a marshmallow, Glenn. :|

Pretty much. They really wanted it to reek of 'modern' Final Fantasy terms too. (Lancer to Dragoon, adding all the -ra/-aga nonsense to spells)

.... Byakuran

Fuu. Lame. >:

Byakuran is a frog! ...Wait. That somehow makes Mukuro Byakuran's master.

That's why the frog is abused all the time? Though, too bad it's all a trap :|

... or a lie, take your pick

Apparently! Well, Mist illusions tend to be both lies and traps, so.
