I...

.....

Wow.

...

Just.... wow.

Median ending for Soul Nomad.

I KEPT TELLING MYSELF I WON'T WATCH THESE UNTIL I ACTUALLY GOT TO THEM FIRST BUT DAMMIT I FINALLY DID ANYWAY D:

And now I sorta regret I did. Or I dunno, I just kinda really regret something.

I guess the thing that really disappointed me most about this ending was that it pretty much sealed itself as being the TRUE ending to SN. Because pretty much without it, Median might've died slightly differently maybenot, Virtuous would've probably never known how seal Gig in the future, and just as the rumors say, Thuris and Raksha would have never existed.

Thinking about it all, it really does all go full circle.

What annoys me is basically even all that, Revya's fate is just to go back in time (because of fucking Lujei. Who for the record, is BEYOND messed up I never known her canonly so I really can't say), smack his daddy around a few times, then just get sick again and die. Talk about a little anti-climatic there. Not to mention it just puts the present/future in an awkward (and unconcluded) situation. >>;

I think I just prefer to live in my little happy world in which Normal Path is everything once all is said and done >: Demon Path is just some random AU

... Man, SN is gonna forever be another one of those games/series/whatever that I just had more to it >: Like a complete do-over Or hey, I won't mind even a remake too. Especially if it fixes all the other pet peeves I had about it, but I doubt it will

I don't usually mind bad endings because normally that's not what really happened, just what could've happened. (Or hey, you can decide on which it was)

Here, it's kinda like they gave a bunch of conclusive endings Even for the subplot where everything goes wrong at the beginning, and then you come across the hardest ending you can ever get and, wait, it's a bad ending but since it involves/implies important things that do happen later(because it was a time travel to the past and caused what would be considered a paradox later, but STILL actually makes sense in the long run strangelyenough). So in a way it has to be what really happened.

Basically, it's kinda watching like a series that never really had a final episode. And then when they finally decide to actually make one, they make it badly.

It doesn't matter though, I'll just pretend like it never happened.
