Pokemon could seriously have a kickass story... if everything about it wasn't obsessively about pokemon
A surprising, unusual, but VERY true fact.
Which.. is basically saying "stop making the anime retarded and kid friendly, and only really use it as a franchising gimic (and trying to make the games seem a lot "cooler" than they actually are)"
I mean, seriously, I think I'm having more fun playing a trainer just being an ordinary human instead of actually... well, a trainer..of course doesn't help the fact he's currently pokemonless ANYWAY
That's still the biggest thing that bothers me about now, aside from wishing they were to lift the maturity on it just a bit to make it more realistic at times. But for the love of god can't there be someting NOT involving battling, gyms, badges, contests, or all that other propaganda? The show can't possibly go on without mentioning either of the above once every 5 minutes (at the very least), and the games can't have an NPC not doing the same either.
Srsly Pokeverse, do yourself a favor and get a fucking life. Go read a book, make flower arrangements, discover cold fusion, I don't care
