Dear god the battles in Demon Path are VICIOUS.. @_@ (then again, I don't know which part of it in general isn't like that.. ). Even 35s are annoying~ D: of course would be nice if they didn't all blow up in that one map.. >.>

I might have to start using decor items again... XD; *at least has a reason to do mindless level grinding again too~*

I guess it's still not really "hard" per say (not yet anyway), I'm just not used to getting this badly beaten up anymore XD;. I'm still used to being able to wipe everything out like it's no one's business ^^;

Map 9 (Around Map 9, I don't remember the exact one) is the one with Schemestresses, Dracosages, and Healers. About 5 of each, in circle formation.
The only thing that could make that map worse was if there were Pyremages.
...
Oh wait, there are.
Saboteurs, then. There really aren't any Saboteurs.

can't wait~ D: *just did 6* Only.. dracosages don't really scare me as much as the used to.. o_O; So long as you get the first hit anyway. (Pain Runes just get old very fast like). Schemestresses are also pretty simple too, other than Ensnare = baaad D:

Only battle that REALLY gave me issues was the Thuris one, mostly for the fact everything blows up~ D:... And the angel map was pretty frustrating too, mainly because most were being impossible to hit ._.;


... I think I like Normal Path a whole lot more though. Other than being new and different, I think Demon Path is starting to bug me, a little.. x_x;

Oh, I hate that Map too.
It's easy for me, but the whole "Ya killed me, I 'gon 'splode now" thing pisses me off.

Ah, you get used to the carnage after a while, though there will probably be times where you don't feel you can go to the next map because the storyline bothers you so much.

But that's why you have to play through Normal path first. N1's mostly composed of sadists, you see. They make you get used to all of the characters in NP, then when you play through DP, you cry when they die/get raped/anything else.

There was also one of the Pyremages Terror Blazing people on top of the 'asplodies~ x__x;; (and couldn't reach her because Thuris was in the way and taking up lord knows how many squares~ DX )... And was trying to keep Kanan alive, because she made a nice decoy XD;

That's another thing.... Why do people have to suddenly decide they want to join you after you just pwned them or just about to? DX *ended up Demon Blasting Shuana*

But yeah... ._.; Other than having the people you had to fight against actually on your side for once, and kind of explaining a few things left out in the normal plot, I really could care less about DP. I really wished they did more to it other than "let's be as sickeningly morbid and cruel to basically every character you probably grew to like on the normal path as we possibly can"...... I dun wanna kill them~~ Smack them around a little maybe, but... They used to be mah buddies~~~ D:

Well, because I, too, am a sadist, I loved Demon Path, especially since I got to smack around two stupid cows who shall remain nameless.

My icy heart melted a little, and that was before I decided that I liked Trish.

My only real problem with DP was how short it was.
And the lack of combos.
And the lack of character endings.
And the fact that Lobo joins your party, but he doesn't actually do anything. I fantasized imagined that he'd fight like a Bandit, but nooooo...
