I FOUND ANOTHER LOVE IN MY LIFE!! AND IT'S NAME IS INSANEJOURNAL!
Duuuuuuuude... I'm loving that place even more than LJ right now O___o;. Other than I'm still bothered by the layout options (and having to know some CSS if you want to edit them more), lack of custominzing mood themes, and no polls on free accounts (but tha might be an easy fix)
But the thing that makes it better than GJ or LJ? THE NICEST AND CONSIDERATE ADMIN THAT EVER EXISTED that's what!! He seems to update often, tells everyone what's going on, actually IMPROVES existing features, and DIRECTLY ANSWERS PEOPLE'S QUESTIONS!!! =O
Yeah, Eclipse just found a brand new home.. As GJ somehow found itself inside an even bigger hellhole >.>; (good thing the RP isn't ready yet, and I took that break from it)
Looks like there's still some hope left too in the blogging world

Date: 2007-12-09 04:09 am (UTC)I forgave them for awhile, because it looked like they were slowly pulling themselves out of the hole they got into a few months back. And everything was going to soon go back to how it used to be (which was how I originally found it). But then they had to go and wreck it all over again.
As of now their server is JACKED up, appearently they can't handle the influx of people that were coming over there due to some of the new LJ things, they had to rape away some of the features even FURTHER (like having less icons than there is even on LJ). But the thing that ticks me off, and al of the other members that want to actually stay there. Is that the staff don't give a shit what the users think, they don't even WARN them about they are going to do ahead of time, they even tell us WHY they do it, and they basically tell us NOTHING or listen to what everyone has to say
.. And on top of that, appearently they made a donation drive on top of all of this(although I never saw it). Thinking it maybe was a way to raise money to get a better server... and somehow all of that money has disappeared >____>
So yeah... I'm sorry, but I HAD IT with them. I'm sorry that I even tried to go back... -_-
