grifstar... Okay.. it's not really 11 yet, but still..
The "In a Nutshell" recap of how I spent my week: (because I do plan on making a more detailed summary of what happened)
The Good Stuff (.. and crack)
- I went to Disneyland! (that's automatically cool =D)
- Going on the new submarine ride at least once
- Seeing the newer changes to the PotC ride
- Several other Dland changes that actually made for the better
- Discovering what Buzz Lightyear does while on break (... XD)
- Dancing robots and wishing I actually caught a video of it
- Getting a few cool pictures and videos on my camra
- Humorous signages
- A few newly created inside jokes
-Getting ahead in mindless level grinding in Pokemon
- Getting to see my sister for the whole week ( eh.. *shrug* )
The Not So Good Stuff:
- Going to the most disturbing rest area in the world....where nothing seems to work
- Crazy maniacs on the freeway that secretly want to kill us all
- LA divers
- Traffic
- Typical SoCal things
- Heat
- The fact my sister's apartment in infested with these weird looking European cockroaches that look all so like cute innocent little brown-ish gold ladybugs when small and then become hideious monsters when bigger... and were literatelly all over the place x__x
- Discovering it's impossible to sleep in 85 degree heat, not knowing there was an AC, and pretty much only got one hour of sleep the first day
- Getting sick TWICE from fast food places down there (though the second time wasn't nearly as bad x-x)
- Overpiced food in general
- Learned to survive somehow by pretty much eatting nothing because of both reasons
- Indy being closed all for one of the days we were down there
- Getting psedo-lost on streets and deciding that whoever was the one that decided to make a 7-way intersection needed to be dragged OUT into that street and shot
- Getting uberly sore in places because I forgot how uncomfortable some of seating on a few Disney rides were.. Plus having to pack mule the whole time while we were there... Plus sleeping on the couch the 2nd day made me extra sore for some reason..
- Finding things I want to buy
- My brother somehow being extra annoying the entire trip
- My DS has a almost ded'd battery right now and I wanna play on it more.. D: *emo*
- Being internet deprived the whole time as well
Other Crappy Things That Aren't Trip-related:
- Our router problem STILL hasn't been fixed yet
- I start school in 3 days ;______;
- It's even hot here
- I missed out on the Gaia event that sounded like fun.... ._.
And possibly more I'm forgetting
