ATLANTA, August 9: Cartoon Network’s late-night Adult Swim block is bolstering its anime slate this fall with two new acquisitions: Trinity Blood and Bleach.
Trinity Blood is based on the serial novels of Sunao Yoshida. Set in a future world rebuilt from the Armageddon that destroyed civilization 500 years prior, it sees a team of defenders of humanity battling a breed of vampires thought to be extinct.
Bleach, from VIZ Media, focuses on Kurosaki Ichigo, a teen boy whose family is attacked by a malevolent lost soul. After obtaining the help of a “Death God” who is working to battle the lost souls, named Hollows, Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicated to maintaining the peace between the living world and the afterlife.
Both series launch September 9, with Trinity Blood at midnight followed by Bleach at 12:30 a.m."
*so could see Bleach's fate miles away* XD It feels nice to be outside the hell handbasket for once. Or rather, have already been burned and scarred to death by AS and it's dubbie pit.... Doesn't 'really' effect me as much as it before, since I'm not as big of a fan of the anime anymore as I used to(not since the last few eps and the movie, then the OVA killing it more.. which I'm sure everyone knows that already), but still sad to see FMA chewed up like that x_x;
But damn, Trinity Blood too. Wasn't really expecting that one..

Because that was seriously bugging the hell out of meActually I have to admit they did a good job doing the dub of it in general, even though it still can't hold a candle to the original... What I DON'T like is that AS or CN in general is a breeding ground for dumbass fangirls/boys that wreck the fandom for everyone. Whenever a series gets aired like that n00bs spawn out of nowhere... and it big numbers >.>;;
